近年来国内对新生儿红细胞葡萄糖6—磷酸脱酶(G-6-PD)缺陷症的研究已有许多报道,特別在广东本症是新生儿黄疸的重要原因之一。如在新生儿期发病,易发生核黄疸造成终身残废。为了保证优生优育的计划措施顺利开展,我院于1981年4月至1982年7月及1982年10月至1983年9月对本症进行了研究。
In recent years, there are many reports on the research of G-6-PD degenerative disease in neonatal erythrocytes. Especially in Guangdong, this disease is one of the important causes of neonatal jaundice. As in the neonatal morbidity, prone to cause jaundice for life disability. In order to ensure the planning and measures for prenatal and postnatal care carried out smoothly, our hospital from April 1981 to July 1982 and October 1982 to September 1983 for the study of the disease.
