研究了2124铝合金在等温热压缩变形过程中的流变行为,利用双曲正弦关系式描述了该合金在热变形过程中的流变应力-应变规律,并基于动态材料模型构建了合金的热加工图。结果表明,该合金在热压缩变形过程中存在稳态流变特征,且稳态流变应力随变形温度升高而减小,随应变速率增大而增大。随着变形应变量的增加,流变失稳区面积增加。该合金适宜的变形温度为460~480℃,应变速率为0.01~0.10s-1。
The rheological behavior of 2124 aluminum alloy during isothermal hot deformation was studied. The rheological stress-strain law of the alloy during hot deformation was described by the hyperbolic sine relation. The dynamic properties of the alloy were also established based on the dynamic material model Hot processing diagram. The results show that the alloy has steady-state rheological characteristics during hot compression deformation, and steady-state flow stress decreases with increasing deformation temperature and increases with increasing strain rate. As the amount of deformation strain increases, the area of rheological destabilization increases. The suitable deformation temperature is 460 ~ 480 ℃ and the strain rate is 0.01 ~ 0.10s-1.
