CISG(《联合国国际货物销售合同公约》)是联合国国际贸易法委员会统一国际贸易法的重要成果之一。由于它适应了统一国际货物买卖法的趋向,能够不同程度地反映各种法律制度和贸易习惯,因此,自1988年1月1日生效以来,已为愈来愈多的国家所接受。目前正式参加该公约的国家已达19个。许多非正式参加国的贸易团体和个人,也将其做为订立合同,解决争议的指导性规则。我国是参加 CISG 起草的成员国之一‘并于1986年11月作为第十个国家在联合国签字承认
The CISG (United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods) is one of the important outcomes of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law harmonization of international trade law. It has been accepted by more and more countries since it came into effect on January 1, 1988 because it has adapted to the trend of the uniform international sale of goods law and can reflect various legal systems and trade practices to varying degrees. There are currently 19 countries formally participating in the convention. Trade groups and individuals in many non-formal participating countries also use it as a guiding principle for entering into contracts and resolving disputes. My country is one of the member states drafted in the CISG 'and signed it as the tenth country in the United Nations in November 1986
