互联网改变了世界,也改变了家电产业生态链,使家电产品的内涵和外延也得到了扩展,一切所谓的传统与经验,一些固有的思维和模式,都在被颠覆、被打破。全新的市场环境推动了家电行业的变革,模式创新与企业变革成为了许多家电企业高层见面必谈的主题。移动互联网开始改变家电。互联网帮助消费者突破了地理区域限制以及信息不对称的问题,标志着“用户为王”时代的来临,这也使得家电渠道需要有效锁定消费价值链,传统企业需要以用户为导向,用互联网思维解决用户、产品、渠道三大转型难题。
