[目的]研究氧化苦参碱、儿茶素、表儿茶素对鼻咽癌HNE-1及HNE-1(200)细胞的增殖抑制作用。[方法]以鼻咽癌HNE-1细胞株和放射照射诱导的HNE-1(200)耐药细胞株为研究对象,以维拉帕米为对照,采用MTT法测定氧化苦参碱、儿茶素、表儿茶素对两种细胞的增殖抑制率。[结果]氧化苦参碱对两种实验细胞均有抑制作用,且这种抑制作用呈浓度依赖性;氧化苦参碱的细胞抑制作用与维拉帕米相近。表儿茶素和儿茶素在本试验浓度下对两种细胞抑制作用不明显,抑制率均在20%以下。[结论]氧化苦参碱有明显的细胞抑制作用,表儿茶素和儿茶素未发现明显细胞毒作用。
[Objective] To investigate the inhibitory effects of oxymatrine, catechin and epicatechin on the proliferation of nasopharyngeal carcinoma HNE-1 and HNE-1 (200) cells. [Methods] The HNE-1 cell line of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and radiation-induced HNE-1 (200) resistant cell lines were used as the research object. Verapamil was used as a control. MTT assay was used to determine oxymatrine, Su-epicatechin on two kinds of cell proliferation inhibition rate. [Results] Oxymatrine inhibited both experimental cells in a concentration-dependent manner. Oxymatrine showed cytostatic effects similar to those of verapamil. Epicatechin and catechin in the test concentration of the two kinds of cells showed no significant inhibitory effect, inhibition rates were below 20%. [Conclusion] Oxymatrine has a significant cytostatic effect, and no obvious cytotoxicity was found in epicatechin and catechin.
