The monolithic integrated MEA system and the neuron signal detection circuit and excitation circuit for this system are introduced.The basic unit circuit is an op amp with low power consumption, low noise, high gain and small layout size.It discusses the detection circuit in detail, Circuit and basic unit operational amplifier.The neuron signal detection circuit layout area 290μm × 400μm, power consumption 2.02mW, the equivalent input noise of 17.72nV / Hz, the gain of 60.5dB, the output voltage swing -2.48 ~ +2.5 V.
