目的 探讨强化戊二醛杀菌效果的影响因素,提高该消毒液的杀菌效果。方法 分别对消毒液的酸碱度、温度、作用时间、有机物(血清)等条件,设置不同的变量值,选用几种试验菌做杀菌试验。结果2 % 强化戊二醛在常规条件下,对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌的杀灭率在99.90 % 以上,对枯草杆菌黑色变种杀灭率为90 .26 % 。同时检出了在不同变量条件下的细菌杀灭率。结论 强化戊二醛的杀菌效果随着pH 值的增加、温度的升高、作用时间的延长而提高,随着有机物浓度的增加而减弱。
Objective To investigate the influencing factors of glutaraldehyde bactericidal effect and to improve the bactericidal effect of the disinfectant. Methods Different pH value, temperature, action time, organic matter (serum) and other conditions of disinfectant were set to different variables, and several kinds of test bacteria were selected as bactericidal test. Results Under the routine conditions, the killing rate of Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Candida albicans was over 99.90% with 2% glutaraldehyde and the killing rate to Bacillus subtilis black was 90. 26%. Bactericidal rates were also detected at different variables. Conclusions The bactericidal effect of glutaraldehyde increases with the increase of pH value, temperature, prolongation of action time and decrease with the concentration of organic matter.
