潜水艇打水法虽然游泳比赛里,游程中的技术十分关键,但是如果你在转身和入水之后的几秒钟内多下功夫,就能获得更好的效果。科学家经过研究发现,水下打腿比贴近水面或是在水上速度快很多。原理是水下静水阻力小,而且人体流线形状极好,如同潜水艇一样,因此也被称作潜水艇打水法。如今这种打水方法已经成为了很多专业游泳选手的必修课程,大部分游泳强国都把这种潜水艇打水当作训练核心来对待。
