《咨询热线》开栏已4年有余,由于它解答了劳动者所关心的个人权益和社会保险基层从业人员需了解的政策问题而深受欢迎。由于条件所限,此栏目自开办至今只有一人主持,因而常有所忧。开办时忧的是,如果无人来询,栏目就撑不起来;现在忧的则是,来询的人越来越多,面对桌上堆积的信函和响个不停的电话,一个主持人又应接不暇。为了解决这一问题,本刊编辑部决定聘请劳动保障、民政、卫生、工会、妇联等有关部门的专家组成顾问团。由于他们熟悉、掌握社会保险的法规政策和现实情况,相信定能为广大读者排疑释难,为本刊增光添彩。
The “Helpline” has been open for more than four years and is very popular because it solves the personal rights and interests of workers and the policy issues that grassroots workers in social insurance need to know about. Due to the limited conditions, this section has only one person since its inception, which is often worrying. The worry is that when no one comes in, the column can not stand up. The worry now is that there are more and more people who come to consult. Facing a pile of letters on the desk and a ringing call, one moderator People are overwhelmed. In order to solve this problem, the editorial department of our magazine decided to employ consultants from the relevant departments such as labor security, civil affairs, health, trade unions and women’s federations. Because they are familiar with and master the laws, regulations and policies of social insurance and the actual situation, I believe they will give our readers a glimpse into the difficulties and give luster to our publications.
