本文对H省少数民族聚居的BS县455位小学数学教师进行了基本情况调研和数学教学知识测试,结果显示,教师学历层次普遍较低,且老龄化严重;数学教师在数学教学知识测试中整体表现较弱,所有内容领域和数学教学知识的不同维度平均分均低于总样本平均分9.9%~25.8%:从内容领域看,代数初步与简单函数关系领域表现最弱,从数学教学知识不同维度看,教师在一般内容知识、特殊内容知识、内容与学生知识维度表现都相对较弱;不同乡镇甚至乡镇内部的教师数学教学知识表现差异较大。
In this paper, 455 primary school mathematics teachers in BS County, which live inhabited by minority nationalities in H Province, were investigated on the basic situation and mathematics teaching knowledge. The results showed that teachers’ level of education was generally low and their aging was serious. Math teachers in mathematics teaching knowledge test The average scores of different dimensions in all content fields and mathematics teaching knowledge are all lower than the average score of 9.9% ~ 25.8% of the total sample: from the perspective of content field, the field of initial algebra and simple function is the weakest, In terms of dimensions, teachers have relatively weak performance in general content knowledge, special content knowledge, content and students’ knowledge dimension; teachers in different towns and even townships and towns have significantly different knowledge of mathematics teaching.
