选择27例行麻醉前血清镁离子浓度测定,诱导后气管插管行循环紧闭式,持续吸入安氟醚30分钟,再抽血测定镁离子浓度(经统计学处理有极显著性差异,P<0.001),以了解镁离于浓度变化,保持安氟醚吸入麻醉时血清镁离子浓度的稳定,减少和预防心律失常的发生,为补充电解质提供参考依据。
The serum concentration of magnesium ion in 27 patients before anesthesia was determined. After the induction, the endotracheal intubation was closed and closed. Enroflurane was continuously inhaled for 30 minutes, and then the blood was collected to measure the magnesium ion concentration (statistically significant difference was P <0.001) in order to understand the change of magnesium concentration in the serum, to keep the concentration of serum magnesium ion stable during inhalation of enflurane, to reduce and prevent the occurrence of arrhythmia, and to provide a reference for supplementing electrolytes.
