随着我国社会经济的发展和城市化进程的加快,超高层建筑发展迅速。为有效提高结构的抗震性能和经济性,黏滞阻尼器已逐渐应用于超高层建筑设计中。黏滞阻尼器最常用的布置形式是柱间支撑,且以单一应用为主。为提高黏滞阻尼器的工作效率,介绍了两个黏滞阻尼器在超高层结构设计中的应用实例。实例采用了两种新型的、高效的黏滞阻尼器应用方式,分别为加强层中结合伸臂桁架竖向布置、杆式黏滞阻尼器和黏滞阻尼墙混合应用。介绍了方案设计思路,为合理应用黏滞阻尼器提供了指引。通过结构方案选型比较,证明了黏滞阻尼器在超高层结构设计中具有较好的实用性和经济性。
With the socio-economic development of our country and the acceleration of urbanization, the super-tall buildings are developing rapidly. In order to effectively improve the seismic performance and economy of structures, viscous dampers have been gradually applied to the design of super high-rise buildings. Viscous dampers are the most commonly used layout of the column between the support, and a single application-based. In order to improve the working efficiency of viscous damper, the application examples of two viscous dampers in the design of super high-rise structure are introduced. Two new and efficient viscous dampers are used in the example. They are vertical stiffener combined with boom, truss viscous damper and viscous damping wall. The idea of scheme design is introduced, which provides guidance for the rational application of viscous damper. Through the comparison and selection of structural schemes, it is proved that viscous dampers have good practicability and economy in the design of super high-rise structures.
