本文分析了现今冠修复用材料的优缺点,提出了玻璃陶瓷用于冠修复。作者采用Sio_2-B_2O_3-Al_2O_3-K_2O-F系的结晶化玻璃(玻璃陶瓷),此种玻璃工业上已实用化,可快速切削而不破碎,甚至能旋转加工。作者配制了这类玻璃陶瓷材料数十种。玻璃陶瓷破碎粉末用扫描电子显微镜检查,热处理前有锐利的破面,热处理后则没有。因此热处理后的玻璃陶瓷一旦在口内破碎不会伤及口腔粘膜。试件收缩率比牙用合金小,但表面粗糙为合金的2~3倍。压缩强
In this paper, the advantages and disadvantages of the crown compound materials are analyzed, and the glass ceramic is proposed for crown restoration.
