要促进会展业健康发展,人才培养是关键。我国的高等教育忽略对本科会展人才“大学人文精神”的培养,不利于会展业健康。从会展业对社会的重要作用、会展业本身的特点,以及为保证会展教育中政产学研协同育人的效果等几方面来看,本科会展人才的培养不能缺失“大学人文精神”。在精神养成过程中,如何充分利用政产学研一体化协同培育及专业教育与人文素养如何有机结合的问题值得思考。
To promote the healthy development of the MICE industry, talent training is the key. Our country’s higher education ignores the cultivation of undergraduate talents for undergraduate education “University Humanism ”, which is detrimental to the health of exhibition industry. In view of the important role of the convention and exhibition industry in society, the characteristics of the convention and exhibition industry as well as the effectiveness of the synergistic effects of government, industry, and research institutes in the education of exhibitions and conventions, the training of undergraduate talents for exhibitions can not be absent from the “university humanistic spirit.” In the process of spiritual development, it is worth considering how to make full use of the synergetic cultivation of the integration of government, production and research as well as the organic combination of professional education and humanistic accomplishment.
