快速育苗是指当年播种砧木、当年嫁接、当年萌发成苗的育苗程序。因其周期短,效益好而广为采用。但繁育时,若接穗和嫁接方法选择不当,则成活率低。现将正确的选择方法介绍如下。 一、桃枝条的类型 桃枝条依叶腋处芽的生长发育状况,可分5种类型。1.无芽型:叶腋处尚未形成。2.藏芽型:芽藏于叶柄基部下,摘除叶柄后可见到腋芽。3.生长芽型:腋芽只有苞片,无密生绒毛状的鳞片。4.半休眠芽型:腋芽有不足1/2的部分着生密生绒毛鳞片。5.休眠芽型:腋芽超过1/2部分着生密生绒毛的鳞片。
