患者女性,25岁,铁匠。以右手掌部肿块1年余,于1989年3月27日入院。自诉肿块呈进行性增大,开始为黄豆大小。发病以来除中指活动稍差,无其它不适,曾就诊当地医院,未作处理。体检右手掌中央局限隆起,无压痛,质地软。表面皮肤色泽正常,移动性好,无波动感。局部穿刺未抽出血性或胶冻状液体。手部感觉,血供正常。中指掌指关节屈曲轻度受限。X 线拍片:骨质正常。诊断为右手掌部良性肿瘤,性质待查。治疗及结果于3月30日在臂丛麻醉下行肿物切除术。切开掌腱膜即见肿物位于中环指屈肌腱之间,边缘清楚,中指屈指浅肌腱被肿块包绕,第三掌骨间神经血管被肿物压迫发生变位。肿物呈分叶状,3个均为2.5×2.5×2 cm。呈卵圆形,黄色,
Female patient, 25 years old, blacksmith. The mass in his right palm was admitted to the hospital on March 27, 1989 for more than one year. The self-reported mass was progressively enlarged and began to be the size of soybeans. Since the onset, the middle finger activity was slightly worse and there was no other discomfort. He had visited a local hospital and did not deal with it. Physical examination of the right palm center confined uplift, no tenderness, soft texture. The skin has normal color, good mobility, and no fluctuating feeling. Local puncture did not extract hemorrhagic or jelly-like liquids. Hands feel normal blood supply. The middle finger metacarpophalangeal joint flexion is mildly limited. X-ray film: normal bone. The diagnosis was a benign tumor of the right hand palm and the nature was unknown. Treatment and results On March 30, he underwent tumor resection with brachial plexus anesthesia. When the palmar epithelial membrane was incised, it was seen that the mass was located between the flexor tendons of the middle ring. The edge was clear. The middle finger flexor tendon was surrounded by the mass and the third metacarpal nerve vessel was compressed by the tumor. The tumors were lobulated and all 3 were 2.5 x 2.5 x 2 cm. Oval, yellow,
