本文采用猪血清和硫代乙酰胺两种方法复制大鼠肝纤维化模型,观察体重、形态学和血清学变化。进行比较。结果显示猪血清模型对大鼠整体损伤小,4周时出现肝纤维化,出现率高达86.7%,血清酶含量升高。结果稳定、可靠,自愈率低。硫代乙酰胺模型对大鼠整体损伤大,影响体重的增长,6周后才出现纤维化,周期长,影响实验。以上结果表明本实验成功的复制了国内尚未见报道的猪血清模型,猪血清模型明显优于硫代乙酰胺模型。
In this paper, pig serum and thioacetamide two methods of replication of rat liver fibrosis models were observed body weight, morphology and serological changes. Compare. The results showed that the porcine serum model had less damage to the whole rat, and liver fibrosis occurred at 4 weeks. The incidence rate was as high as 86.7% and the serum enzyme level increased. The results are stable, reliable and low self-healing rate. The thioacetamide model of the overall injury in rats, affecting body weight growth, fibrosis after 6 weeks, long cycle, affecting the experiment. The above results show that this experiment successfully replicated pig serum model has not yet been reported in the country, pig serum model was significantly better than the thioacetamide model.
