在大学生就业局面日渐紧张的背景下,对就业学生心理契约与理智倾向关系的研究具有重要意义。基于此,本文在前人研究的基础上,通过利用文献研究、实践调查、经验总结等方法对新形势下新就业大学生心理契约与离职倾向关系进行了分析,并依据研究结构提出了相关建议,以期为改善大学生就业问题提供理论参考。
Under the background of increasing tensions in the employment of college students, it is of great significance to study the relationship between employment-oriented students’ psychological contract and their intellectual tendency. Based on the previous studies, this paper analyzes the relationship between the psychological contract and the turnover intention of the newly employed college students in the new situation based on the methods of literature research, practical investigation and experience summarization, and puts forward some suggestions according to the research structure. In order to provide a theoretical reference for improving the employment of college students.
