尽管已经过20年的市场化洗礼,我国整个电视剧制作业却仍处于遍地“作坊”的分散竞争型格局,尚缺乏具有雄厚资本实力、强大制作产能、高度专业化的旗舰型企业,世界第一的电视剧总量中的90%是由年产能仅为1-2部的微型企业所贡献,且量高质低,绝大多数的电视剧内容乏善可陈,甚至粗制滥造。如此分散的产业集中度难以摊薄单个剧目的资金风险,也就是说,对于任何一家制作机构而言,每一部剧都是输不起的破釜沉舟之作。
