随着网络的迅速发展,其所承载的信息资源越来越得到人们的重视和利用,给我们带来了极大的便利。21世纪的今天,网络已逐渐运用到人们生活中的方方面面,网络空间摆脱了传统社会的束缚,人们有根据自由的意愿选择自己生活方式和行为方式的自由,有充分表达自己思想的自由,任何个人和组织不得干涉别人的行为、压制别人的表达自由。表达自由在网络时代被赋予了新的理念、新的表现方式以及新的实现途径,其在推进民主社会进程中的作用将会越来越突出,对广大人民群众、对社会各方面的影响也越来越明显。本文着重明确网络表达自由的概念、内涵及其价值,使其在公众和社会中的积极面得到最大发挥。
With the rapid development of the Internet, the information resources carried by it are getting more and more attention and utilization, which brings us great convenience. Today, in the 21st century, the Internet has gradually been applied to all aspects of people’s life. The cyberspace has freed itself from the shackles of traditional society. People have the freedom to choose their own way of life and behavior according to their own free will. They have the freedom to fully express their own ideas. Individuals and organizations must not interfere in the behavior of others and suppress others’ freedom of expression. The freedom of expression has been given new ideas, new ways of expression and new ways of realizing it in the Internet age. Its role in promoting the progress of a democratic society will become increasingly prominent. It will also have an impact on the broad masses of the people and on all aspects of society More and more obvious. This article emphasizes the concept, connotation and value of the freedom of internet expression so as to make the most of its positive aspects in the public and in society.
