目的:应用PDCA循环管理理论,提高门诊处方质量,促进医院合理用药。方法:结合门诊药房处方调剂过程中不合理处方干预与改善成效问题,通过计划、实施、检查、处理四个环节,制定整改措施及效果评价。结果:PDCA循环实施3个月,门诊处方质量明显提高,不合理处方比例从0.19%下降至0.06%,不合理处方减少了68%。结论:PDCA循环模式管理是提高处方质量、提高调剂质量、促进医院合理用药行之有效的管理方法。
Objective: To apply PDCA cycle management theory to improve the quality of outpatient prescriptions and promote the rational use of drugs in hospitals. Methods: Combining with the problem of unreasonable prescription intervention and improving the effectiveness in prescription pharmacy dispensing, four steps were planned, implemented, checked and dealt with to formulate rectification measures and effect evaluation. Results: The PDCA cycle was implemented for 3 months, the quality of outpatients was significantly improved, the proportion of unreasonable prescription decreased from 0.19% to 0.06%, and the unreasonable prescription decreased by 68%. Conclusion: The management of PDCA cycle model is an effective management method to improve the quality of prescriptions, improve the quality of prescriptions and promote rational drug use in hospitals.
