能源短缺和需求的矛盾越加明显,国有能源企业发展面临挑战和机遇;本文对国有能源企业建设高素质基层干部队伍问题进行了分析,提出了从五个方面提升基层干部素质的有效策略,对基层干部队伍建设工作实践提供借鉴和指导。
The contradiction between energy shortage and demand becomes more obvious, and the development of state-owned energy enterprises is facing challenges and opportunities. This paper analyzes the problems of state-owned energy enterprises in building high-quality grass-roots cadres and puts forward effective strategies to enhance the quality of grass-roots cadres from five aspects. At the grassroots level cadre team construction work to provide reference and guidance.
