制备了改性淀粉基生物质胶粘剂,并探讨了淀粉糊化温度、制造人造板工艺条件等因素对改性淀粉胶粘剂胶合强度、耐水性和固化温度等性能的影响。结果表明:淀粉经过糊化处理后,制造的胶合板胶合强度提高;随着糊化温度从55℃升高到65℃时,制造的胶合板胶合强度逐渐提高;进一步提高糊化温度,制造的胶合板胶合强度明显降低;调胶时加入豆粉能明显提高胶合板的胶合强度;制备胶合板的较佳工艺参数是热压温度130℃,热压压力1.0MPa,热压时间70s/mm,单面涂胶量为180 g/m2,制备的胶合板胶合强度为0.85MPa,能够满足(GB/T17657-1999)标准中Ⅱ类胶合板的要求。
