以钢包热循环为基础,对武钢RH-CAS.OB双联工艺流程中的各冶金单元分别建立了包内钢液的传热数学模型,分析了CAS-OB处理中升温速度的主要影响因素,进而计算、优化了本工艺的温度制度,为现场操作提供理论指导.
Based on ladle thermal cycle, RH-CAS of Wuhan Iron and Steel. OB Metallurgical units in the dual process of OB were respectively used to establish the mathematical model of heat transfer in the liquid steel in the package. The main influencing factors of the heating rate in CAS-OB were analyzed. Then the temperature system of the process was optimized and optimized. Operation provides theoretical guidance.
