以汽车离合器中的预减振轴套板为研究对象,建立预减振轴套板预切冲裁的有限元模型,运用DEFORM-2D仿真软件对板料的预切冲裁过程进行数值模拟,并且设计冲压级进模进行试验验证,分析了板料冲裁工艺参数与零件冲裁断面质量之间的影响变化趋势。根据研究结果得知:预减振轴套板零件冲裁断面的光亮带长度随着落料冲裁间隙、预切深度以及凸模刃口圆角半径的不断增大而逐渐减小,而随着冲裁速度的不断增大则呈现出逐渐增加的变化趋势。此外,数值模拟值与试验值之间的最大相对误差为14.9%,从而验证了有限元仿真的正确性。
The pre-cut blanking of the pre-cut bushings was established by using the pre-cut blanking plate in the clutch of the automobile as the research object. In addition, the maximum relative error between the numerical simulation and the experimental value is 14.9%, which verifies the correctness of the finite element simulation.
