钢铁是目前世界上需求最大的材料之一,而炼钢技术也是随着时代的步伐和建筑行业的要求不断的推陈出新,其中转炉炼钢技术是目前全球炼制效率最高、应用最为广泛的炼钢方法,而转炉炼钢终点控制技术是转炉锻造后期的一项重要的操作工序,它的终点控制水平将直接影响钢铁的冶炼效率和质量安全性能。本文首先描述了转炉炼钢终点控制技术的发展现状,并介绍了几种转炉炼钢终点的控制技术,比如人工经验控制技术、动态控制技术、静态控制技术、自动控制技术等,并针对不同的技术指出其实施效用以及它们在未来的发展趋势。上述各种控制技术其主要要缩短冶炼时间,提高产品质量。
