细胞外囊泡含有多种生物活性物质,包括核酸、蛋白质和脂质等,可调节受体细胞的多种功能。最近的研究显示,细胞外囊泡在树突状细胞的抗原提呈过程中发挥着重要的作用,并且树突状细胞产生的细胞外囊泡可携带主要组织相容性复合体(major histocompatibility complex,MHC)-Ⅰ、MHC-Ⅱ和T细胞共刺激分子,激活抗肿瘤免疫应答。文章对树突状细胞来源的细胞外囊泡在抗原提呈和肿瘤免疫治疗中的作用进行综述,有助于深入理解抗原呈递的分子机制,并为肿瘤免疫治疗提供新的思路。“,”Extracellular vesicles (EVs) contain functional molecules including nucleic acids, proteins and lipids, which can regulate various functions of recipient cells. Recent studies show that EVs play an important role in antigen presentation. Additionally, EVs of dendritic cells can carry major histocompatibility complex(MHC)-Ⅰ, MHC-Ⅱ and T cell costimulatory molecules, leading to activation of anti-tumor immune response. The role of extracellular vesicles of dendritic cells in antigen presentation and tumor immunotherapy is reviewed in this paper, which is helpful to understand the molecular mechanism of antigen presentation and provide novel ideas for tumor immunotherapy.
