我院自1992年3月至1999年3月收治经 CT 证实的脑干出血20例,现分析报告如下。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料男12例,女8例,年龄35岁～70岁,平均54.2岁。既往有高血压病史14例,头痛病史4例,脑中风病史5例,糖尿病史3例。在活动中发病7例,安静状态发病13例。1.2 主要症状与体征昏迷6例,嗜睡2例,头痛、头晕13例,伴呕吐5例,抽搐3例,耳鸣、听力下降2例,构音不清5例,复视3例,双侧针尖样瞳孔4例,周围性面瘫2例,偏瘫7例,交叉性瘫6例,四肢瘫2例,双侧 Babinski 征阳性5例,脑膜刺激征阳性2例。1.3 CT 检查本组20例均经 CT 证实为脑干出血,其中中脑血肿2例,桥脑血肿13例,中脑、桥脑血肿4例,延髓血肿1例。按多田式计算法测血肿量0.3ml～7ml,5ml 以上4例,血肿破入四脑室2例,四脑室受压8例。1.4 治疗与结果以降颅压、控制血压、防治并发症为主,

According to the multi-field calculation method to measure the amount of hematoma 0.3ml ~ 7ml, 5ml above 4 cases, 4 cases of hematoma ruptured four ventricle, four ventricle compression in 8 cases. 1.4 treatment and results to reduce intracranial pressure, blood pressure control, prevention and treatment of complications,
