探讨角膜移植排斥反应早期诊断方法。方法应用电子顺磁共振(EPR)技术和荧光光谱法检测泪液自由基和水溶性脂质过氧化物,对排斥反应发生前及发生时的变化情况进行分析。结果在排斥反应临床症状出现之前,泪液中自由基和水溶性脂质过氧化物已有持续增高,直到临床症状出现。其数值与正常对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.01)。当临床诊断排斥反应时,两指标增高更明显(P<0.0005),治愈后则恢复正常水平。结论角膜移植术后监测泪液中自由基和水溶性脂质过氧化物的变化,是临床早期诊断排斥反应的可行方法。
To investigate the early diagnosis of corneal graft rejection. Methods Electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) and fluorescence spectroscopy were used to detect tear free radical and water-soluble lipid peroxides. The changes before and at the time of rejection were analyzed. Results Before rejection of clinical symptoms appeared, free radicals and water-soluble lipid peroxides in the tear had been continuously increased until clinical signs emerged. The value was significantly different from the normal control group (P <0.01). When the clinical diagnosis of rejection, the two indicators increased more significantly (P <0.0005), after healing returned to normal levels. Conclusion The monitoring of the changes of free radical and water-soluble lipid peroxide in cornea after corneal transplantation is a feasible method for early diagnosis of rejection.
