作者从相思子(Abrus precatorius)的根和藤的粗皂甙酸水解物中,分离鉴定了三种新的三萜类成分,命名为相思豆内酯、相思豆酸甲酯和相思豆酸。相思豆内酯经X-射线晶体结构测定,确定其化学结构和立体构型。相思豆酸甲酯可能是粗皂甙在酸水解过程中所形成的人工产物。相思豆酸是由相思豆内酯经碱水解制备的一种新的三萜成分,通过IR、~1H-NMR、MS 和X-射线晶体结构测定,确定其立体构型。
The authors isolated and identified three new triterpene constituents from the roots and rattan crude saponin hydrolyzate of Abrus precatorius and named them as abrin, methyl aconnate and aconite. Aescine bean lactone X-ray crystal structure determination to determine its chemical structure and three-dimensional configuration. Methoxybenzoate may be the artificially produced crude saponin formed during acid hydrolysis. A kind of new triterpene component prepared by alkali hydrolysis of abscisic acid ester was determined by IR, ~ 1H-NMR, MS and X-ray crystal structure.
