随着焊接结构的大型化以及高强度级别钢的应用日益增多,焊接结构的脆断问题越来越引起人们的高度重视。焊接热影响区脆化是低碳低合金高强钢焊接时最重要的问题之一。一般认为,存在M-A组元对焊接热影响区韧性极为不利,但是对M-A组元影响和控制热影响区韧性的机制还不十分清楚。本文目的就是探讨和研究这一问题。
With the enlargement of welding structure and the increasing application of high strength steel, people pay more and more attention to the brittle fracture of welded structure. Embrittlement of HAZ is one of the most important issues in the welding of low-carbon, low-alloy and high-strength steel. It is generally believed that the presence of the M-A component is extremely detrimental to the toughness of the HAZ, but the mechanism by which the M-A component affects and the toughness of the HAZ is not well understood. The purpose of this article is to explore and study this issue.
