目的:探索天葵的系统生长发育特性及规律,研究不同发育时期天葵药用部位的构造特征。方法:在生长期对天葵不同发育时期的药用部位进行系统切片观察研究。结果:天葵药用部位上下结构不同:根顶部芦头为根茎的构造,有髓;膨大根的上部约1/3为根茎过渡区,也有髓;下部约2/3为根的构造,无髓。不同发育时期天葵药用部位显微构造有较大差别,植株从小到大其结构呈现规律增大趋势。首次发现在天葵根及根茎的木质部中都有生长轮结构。结论:建立了不同发育时期天葵的药材性状与组织学鉴别方法,为天葵药材鉴别提供依据。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the characteristics and rules of the system growth and development of Solanum nigrum and to study the tectonic characteristics of the medicinal parts of Azolla under different developmental stages. Methods: In the growing period of the sunflower different stages of the medicinal parts of the systematic observation. Results: The structure of the medicinal parts was different from top to bottom: the top of the root was root rhizome structure, the medulla; the upper part of the enlarged root was about 1/3 of the rhizome transitional zone, and the medulla; the lower part was about 2/3 of the root structure without marrow. The microstructure of medicinal parts of Achnatherum septentrionalis has a great difference in different developmental stages. The structure of its structure shows a tendency of increasing from small to large. For the first time, it was found that there was a growth ring structure in xylem of root and root of sunflower. Conclusion: The establishment of different developmental stages of the sunflower medicinal properties and histological identification methods for identification of the sunflower provide the basis for the identification.
