针对步进电机在轨道机车上的应用,设计了三种不同的步进电机细分调速控制驱动系统。即振荡器、环行分配器驱动方案,单片机斩波恒流驱动和单片机直流电压控制的驱动方案,以解决目前国产轨道机车速度控制的一些弊端,进而提高轨道机车的性能。根据目前步进电机在我国铁路轨道机车上的实际应用情况,分析总结出一套最合适的方案,即振荡器、环行分配器驱动方案。该方案经济合理,到目前为止,已在多台机车上运行,现场使用情况良好,并得到了用户的一致好评。
Aiming at the application of stepping motor on track locomotive, three different stepper motor speed control drive systems are designed. That is, oscillator, ring distributor drive scheme, single-chip chopper constant current drive and single-chip DC voltage control drive scheme to solve some of the shortcomings of the current domestic locomotive speed control, and thus improve the performance of the locomotive. According to the actual application of the stepping motor on the railway track locomotive in our country, a set of most suitable scheme is analyzed and summarized, that is, the oscillator and ring distributor drive scheme. The program is economical and has so far been run on multiple locomotives. The site is in good condition and has been well received by users.
