在初中英语教学过程中,我发现部分学生随着学习的深入而逐渐掉队。初中一年级学生刚接触英语时,出于对这一科的好奇和兴趣,很愿意学这一科。由于在学习上遇到一些具体困难得不到及时解决,以致问题成堆,天长日久,便由最初的喜欢到畏惧到厌恶以至最后放弃这一科的学习。如何来扭转这种局面?如何使这些掉队的学生进步得快一点,跟上其它同学学好英语?如何把学生由被动地接受知识的容器变为生动活泼主动发展的主体,变“要我学”为“我要学”呢?结合自己10多年的英语教学体会,我在这里和大家谈谈初中生英语学习掉队的原因和教学实践中的一些防止英语掉队生形成的策略。
In the junior high school English teaching process, I found that some students gradually left behind as learning progressed. When first-year middle school students first came in contact with English, they were willing to learn this subject because of curiosity and interest in the subject.
