目的:通过分析耐力训练后一次力竭性运动大鼠(♂)部分自由基指标的变化来探讨补充茜草提取物抗氧化、提高机体抗疲劳能力的可能机制。方法:通过建立大鼠递增大强度耐力跑台训练实验模型,测定了大鼠力竭时间、心肌织某些生化指标和抗氧化酶活性一以及血清皮质醇、醛固酮、血浆心钠素影响。结果:茜草可增加耐力运动后再力竭即刻状态下谷光甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、锰超氧化物歧化酶(Mn-SOD)、铜、锌超氧化物歧化酶(Cu、Zn-SOD)、还原性谷胱甘肽(GSH)活性以及醛固酮和心钠素的含量;降低丙二醛(MDA)和皮质醇含量。结论:补充茜草提取物可显著提高小鼠心肌和肝脏组织抗氧化酶的活性,减轻大强度耐力训练对大鼠心肌和肝脏组织造成的脂质过氧化损伤,具有明显的抵抗脂质过氧化的功能,对小鼠运动能力的提高有良好的作用。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the possible mechanism of anti-oxidant supplement and anti-fatigue ability of Rubia cordifolia extract by analyzing the change of some free radical indexes in ♂ part of exhaustive exercise rats after endurance training. Methods: The experimental model of treadmill training in rats with increasing intensity and endurance was established. The biochemical indexes and antioxidase activity, as well as the effects of serum cortisol, aldosterone and plasma atrial natriuretic factor on rats’ exhaustion time, myocardial tissue were measured. Results: Rubia cordifoliae could increase GSH-Px, Mn-SOD, Cu and Zn in re-exhaustive state after endurance exercise, Zn-SOD, GSH, aldosterone and atrial natriuretic peptide, and MDA and cortisol were decreased. Conclusion: Supplementing Rubia cordifolia extract can significantly increase the activities of antioxidant enzymes in myocardium and liver of mice and reduce the lipid peroxidation injury induced by high-intensity endurance training in rat myocardium and liver, and has significant anti-lipid peroxidation Function, improve the ability of mice to play a good role.
