近几年来,青少年犯罪呈上升趋势,预防和防止青少年犯罪,是一个非常紧迫和重要的任务。青少年违法犯罪的原因固然很多,但综合起来,不外乎家庭、学校、社会及自身等因素。青少年自身素质差,是最终导致走上犯罪道路的根本原因。家庭环境不良或教育方法不当,是导致青少年犯罪的重要因素。青少年思想不成熟,社会阅历浅,辨别是非能力差;色情、凶杀、暴力书刊和音像制品对青少年有巨大的负面影响;学校只是一味地追求升学率,不重视法制教育,使青少年不能从小树立法制观念。预防青少年犯罪需要家庭、学校、社会三方面的力量互相配合,共同创造一个适合青少年健康成长的优良环境,遏制青少年犯罪的发生。
