本文报道IL-2对HFT的增殖反应性。12.5U/ml的IL-2能诱导HFT明显的增殖作用,与IL-2反应的高峰在培养后的第三天,细胞密度以1.25×10~6/ml为宜。这种增殖作用与培养体系中是否含有血清成分无关。这些提示,在HFT上表达有IL-2受体。这对人类个体发育的认识将是重要的,且对HFT的有关应用具有参考意义。
This article reports the proliferative reactivity of IL-2 to HFT. 12.5U / ml of IL-2 can induce significant proliferation of HFT, and the peak of response to IL-2 on the third day after culture, the cell density to 1.25 × 10 ~ 6 / ml is appropriate. This proliferation has nothing to do with the culture system containing serum components. These prompts express IL-2 receptors on HFTs. This understanding of the development of human beings will be important and have implications for the application of HFT.
