防喷器是一种重要的井口设备,其壳体承受井口高压。因此,防喷器壳体的应力大小及分布状况的测试和计算对设计和生产都有一定重要意义。 石油勘探开发研究院机械所对KPY23-212F及KPY23-210两种双闸板防喷器壳体进行了三维有限元法应力分析,取得了较详细的壳体各部位的应力、应变数据,所建立的力学有限元模型对同类防喷器壳体的应力计算也有一定的通用性。
