检察机关推进信息化建设与司法办案规范化建设,在现代科学技术发展背景下,必然避不开云技术与大数据,面对机遇与挑战并存。本文认为应科学的利用现代技术手段破解传统办案难题、管理困境、机关资源合理调配,使现代技术理念贯穿检察工作,助推科技强检,提升检察机关公信力。
Procuratorial agencies to promote information technology and judicial construction of the standardization of construction, in the context of the development of modern science and technology, inevitably avoid the cloud technology and big data, in the face of opportunities and challenges co-exist. This paper argues that we should scientifically use the modern technology to solve the traditional handling problems, manage the dilemma and rationally allocate the resources of the authorities so that the modern technical philosophy runs through the procuratorial work, boost the strong seizure of science and technology and enhance the credibility of procuratorial organs.
