NP方案联合解毒祛瘀法治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床观察

目的:观察NP方案配合中药解毒祛瘀治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的临床疗效。方法:将100例患者随机分为治疗组、对照组,每组50例,对照组组采用常规NP方案化疗,治疗组在对照组的治疗基础上加服中药(消岩汤剂,药用:黄芪30g,太子参15g,姜黄15g,郁金15g,夏枯草10g,蜂房15g,白花蛇舌草15g,生牡蛎30g加减)治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组为58%,对照组为38%,两组比较差异有显著意义(P<0.05);生活质量改善情况:治疗组改善率为56%,对照组的改善率为30%,两组比较差异有显著意义(P<0.05);恶心呕吐,白细胞减少,血小板减少等发生率治疗组较对照组低,两组比较,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药解毒祛瘀能有效地辅助化疗治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌,并对化疗患者有增效减毒作用。 OBJECTIVE: To observe the clinical efficacy of NP regimen combined with detoxification in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods: 100 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional NP chemotherapy. The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine based on the treatment of the control group (Yiyan decoction, medicinal: Astragalus 30g, heterophylla 15g, turmeric 15g, turmeric 15g, Prunella 10g, apiary 15g, diffusa 15g, raw oyster 30g addition and subtraction) treatment. Results: The total effective rate was 58% in the treatment group and 38% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). The improvement of the quality of life: the improvement rate in the treatment group was 56%, and the improvement rate in the control group was 30. %, there was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05); nausea and vomiting, leukopenia, and thrombocytopenia were lower in the treatment group than in the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: Chinese medicine detoxification can effectively assist chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer, and has a synergistic effect on attenuated chemotherapy.
