232U是燃料原件制造中需要严格控制的铀同位素,为此,需建立一准确的分析方法。本工作建立了一种α谱仪和质谱相结合测定铀产品中232U含量的新方法。使用质谱测量234U、235U、236U、238U的同位素比,使用α谱仪测量232U的活度和234U、235U、236U、238U的总活度,按照下式即可计算出铀产品232U的浓度。
232U is a uranium isotope that needs to be tightly controlled in the manufacture of fuel components. To do so, an accurate analytical method needs to be established. This work established a new method for the determination of 232U in uranium products by the combination of α-spectrometer and mass spectrometry. Uranium product 232U concentration was calculated according to the following equation using mass spectrometry to measure the isotope ratio of 234U, 235U, 236U, 238U, using an alpha spectrometer to measure the activity of 232U and the total activity of 234U, 235U, 236U, 238U.
