2005年是中国人民抗日战争暨世界反法西斯战争胜利60周年。在60年前那场空前艰苦卓绝的抗日战争中,全国人民紧密团结在中国共产党倡导建立的抗日民族统一战线的旗帜下,同凶恶的日本侵略者展开了气壮山河的英勇斗争,前仆后继,浴血奋战,付出巨大民族牺牲,终于夺取了抗日战争的伟大胜利,翻开了一个多世纪以来中华民族复兴的第一页。抗日战争是中国近代以来首次取得完全胜利的民族解放战争,是中华民族从衰败走向振兴的重大转折点。纪念抗战胜利就是要昭示国人:落后就会挨打,发展才能强大。我们要集中力量搞建设,抓住机遇实现中华民族的伟大复兴;我们要高举和平发展、合作的旗帜,坚持睦邻友好,以邻为伴、与邻为善,珍惜和维护中日两国关系稳定发展的大局,以史为鉴,面向未来。
