河北粮油(集团)总公司靠强有力的思想政治工作,在机构改革中转换经营机制,取得了显著的经济效益,并迅速走向市场。目前河北粮油(集团)总公司已成为一个拥有15家公司(工厂)、3亿固定资产,以经营粮油为主的省属大一型企业。注重思想教育,强化现代企业观念。1994年初,省政府决定由河北省粮食局机关分流部分行政人员和几个行政性公司组建省粮油(集团)总公司。吃惯了行政饭、端惯了铁饭碗的机关干部,被推向市场,变成企业职员,普遍感到不适应。新组建的(集团)公司党委一班人决定,从抓思想教育,统一广大职工的认识入手抓集团的组建。
