采用根池与大田试验相结合的方法,研究了温麦6号的根系生长动态变化和内部解剖结构。结果表明:超高产小麦初生根在播后第7d开始一级分支,26d开始二级分支,三级分支根的发生在播种后80天左石,次生根的发生与初生根的二级分支形成同时进行,而次生根的一级分支与初生根的三级分支同时发生。越冬期间,次生根的二级分支相继形成,拔节以后,次生根的三级分支只在少数分支根上发生。从解剖结构看,初生根不同部位有较大差异,近分蘖节处,不具备根的完整结构,中柱鞘外组织脱落,导管与筛管壁厚而孔小,木质化程度高。次生根内皮层细胞增厚部分开始早、程度大、凯氏带明显,对水分和营养物质的吸收、运输有较好的选择与凋节能力。
