[目的]掌握福州市鼠蚤密度及季节消长,为鼠蚤防制提供科学依据。[方法]采用笼日法测定鼠密度,将捕获的活鼠带回实验室用氯仿麻醉后检蚤。[结果]2001—2007年共捕获鼠型动物2 835只,鼠型动物隶属2目2科4种。褐家鼠平均占51.1%。检出染蚤鼠560只,染蚤率为19.8%,检出跳蚤1 147只,总蚤指数0.4。[结论]鼠密度平均为4.5%,褐家鼠为优势种,是防制的主要种类。
[Objective] To understand the density and seasonal fluctuation of fleas in Fuzhou and provide a scientific basis for the control of rat fleas. [Method] The rat density was measured by cage method. The captured live rats were taken back to the laboratory and tested for fleas after being anesthetized with chloroform. [Results] A total of 2 835 murine animals were captured in 2001-2007, and 2 animals belonging to 2 orders, 2 families and 4 species. Rattus norvegicus averaged 51.1%. A total of 560 fleas were detected with a flea infection rate of 19.8%. A total of 1 147 fleas were detected, with a total flea index of 0.4. [Conclusion] The average density of rats was 4.5%. Rattus norvegicus was the dominant species, which was the main species of control.
