目的用小鼠及大鼠对胎脑提取液的抗抑郁及抗震颤麻痹作用进行实验性研究。方法采用小鼠悬尾法、电刺激小鼠角 膜法等观察胎脑提取液的抗抑郁作用;采用氧化震颤素震颤法、大白鼠旋转法观察胎脑提取液的抗震颤麻痹作用。结果胎脑提取液与 抗抑郁药丙咪嗪的作用不同;股脑提取液具有一定的镇静作用,此作用与用药剂量有关;胎脑提取液具有抗震颤麻痹作用,而毒副作用 小。结论胎脑提取液可能对帕金森氏症具有较明显的治疗作用。
Objective To investigate the antidepressant and antiparkinsonian effects of fetal brain extracts in mice and rats. Methods Anti-depressant effect of fetal brain extracts was observed by mouse tail suspension method and electrical stimulation of mouse keratinocyte membrane. The anti-tremor paralysis effect of fetal brain extracts was observed by tremor tremor method and rat rotation method. Results Fetal brain extracts were different from the antidepressant imipramine; the femoral brain extract had a certain sedative effect, which was related to the dose of the fetal brain; the fetal brain extract had anti-tremor epilepsy effects, while the toxic side effects were small. Conclusion Fetal brain extract may have obvious therapeutic effect on Parkinson’s disease.
