目的观察甲基葡萄糖苷对实验性心衰猫心脏血流动力学的影响。方法用戊巴比妥钠造成猫实验性心力衰竭动物模型 ,分别静脉注射甲基葡萄糖苷100mg·kg-1、200mg·kg-1,用多导生理记录仪和电磁流量计记录猫的心脏血流动力学参数。结果甲基葡萄糖苷100mg·kg-1 及200mg·kg-1 均可使左心室收缩内压、左室压力变化最大速率、心排血量、心脏指数、左室作功指数和主动脉平均压显著增加 ,使左心室舒张末期压下降 ,对总外周血管阻力无显著影响 ;100mg·kg-1对心率无显著影响 ,200mg·kg-1时则使心率略加快。结论甲基葡萄糖苷对戊巴比妥钠诱发的实验性心衰猫具有加强心肌收缩力、改善心肌顺应性和左室舒缩功能、增加心排血量、升高动脉血压的作用。
Objective To observe the effects of methyl glucoside on cardiac hemodynamics in experimental heart failure cats. Methods Animal models of cat experimental heart failure were induced by pentobarbital sodium. Methylglucoside 100 mg · kg-1,200 mg · kg-1 was injected intravenously, and the cat’s heart blood was recorded by multi-channel physiology recorder and electromagnetic flowmeter Flow dynamics parameters. Results Methyl glucoside 100 mg · kg-1 and 200 mg · kg-1 could make the left ventricular systolic pressure, the maximum rate of left ventricular pressure changes, cardiac output, cardiac index, left ventricular work index and aortic mean pressure Significantly increased left ventricular end-diastolic pressure decreased, no significant effect on total peripheral vascular resistance; 100mg · kg-1 had no significant effect on heart rate, heart rate slightly increased at 200mg · kg-1. CONCLUSION: Methylglucoside can enhance myocardial contractility, improve myocardial compliance and left ventricular systolic and diastolic function, increase cardiac output and increase arterial blood pressure in pentobarbital-induced experimental heart failure cats.
