金属涂镀是在工件表面快速电化沉积金属的技术。 TD型金属涂镀电源是金属涂镀工艺主要的专用设备。该设备由主电路和控制电路两部分组成。主电路提供可以无级调节的直流输出电压和电流。控制电路包括:改换输出电压极性的转换开关,输出电路短路或过载而快速切断输入回路的快速过载保护装置,控制和监视金属涂镀层厚度的安培小时计,以及其他各种指示装置。TD型涂镀电源现已有TD-30型和TD-60型两种,前者主要用于小型零件,后者主要用于中型零件。图1和图2为两者的外形图。
Metal plating is the rapid electrochemical deposition of metal on the surface of the workpiece technology. TD-type metal coating power supply is the main metal coating technology dedicated equipment. The device consists of the main circuit and control circuit of two parts. The main circuit provides stepless DC output voltage and current regulation. The control circuit consists of a changeover switch to change the polarity of the output voltage, a fast overload protection device to cut off the input circuit quickly or shorten the output circuit, an ammeter to control and monitor the thickness of the metal coating, and various other indicating devices. TD-coated power supply is now available TD-30 and TD-60 type two, the former mainly for small parts, which are mainly used for medium-sized parts. Figure 1 and Figure 2 are the outline of the two.
