目的:探讨中学女生心理因素对学习成绩的影响和于预措施的效果。方法:将本市1所重点中学96级女生,分为实验组和对照组。首先对实验组的同学进行体检、问卷调查和实验室检查;并对她们中存在的生理、心理及病理方面的问题采用健康教育、心理咨询与疏导、药物治疗等干预措施;其次是建立学习档案,观察分析其生理因素与学习的关系。结果:实验组的同学较好地掌握了青春期生理、心理卫生知识,能正确对待经期前后出现的某些不适症状,增强了自我保健的能力,她们情绪稳定,精神愉快,学习精力充沛,学习成绩进步。实验组学习成绩与对照组比较,初一的学习成绩两组无差异,中考成绩实验组人均496.6分,对照组人均426.0分,经过统计学处理,P<0.01,有显著差异。结论:中学女生生理因素与学习关系密切,如不注意加强青春期保健,学习成绩将会受到一定的影响;如加强青春期生理、心理卫生知识的普及,做好心理咨询与疏导,对一些常见疾病做到积极预防和治疗,能使她们身心健康,学习精力旺盛,学习成绩进步。
Objective: To explore the impact of high school girls psychological factors on academic performance and the effect of pre-measures. Methods: A grade 96 high school girls in one city of the city were divided into experimental group and control group.
