全国解放后我们医院迁入了××远郊乡村的三座古庙内。在无人住过的破烂庙宇里,在极端缺乏设备、干部和交通不便的情况下,一面收治一面建设。由于党和上级适时的正确的领导,终于战胜了重重困难,改变了医院的面貌,有了适合休养的病房和环境,有了必要的设备和一支土生土长的专业队伍,现巳具备了完成医疗任务的一般本领。普通病治愈率由1954年的94.18%,提高到1960年的95%;精神病的治愈率由1953年的15%提高到1960年的96.5%;死亡率由1953年的5.08%下降到1960年的0.35%;而且在乡村条件下救活了70%
